Wrapped Coiled Basketry taught by Nancy McCluskey-Moore -- CANCELED
About this event
Attendees will learn how to create wrapped coil baskets using paper coil and yarn. Instruction will include how to start a basket, plan a design, and finish the basket's rim. Examples will be provided of ways to embellish baskets with beads, buttons, and found objects. The class is held over 1/2 day sessions, two weeks apart, to allow attendees time to work on their baskets prior to the second meeting. Handouts, needles and paper coiling will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring yarn to class, but additional yarn will be provided.
There is a $10 supply fee that should be brought the first day of class and paid directly to the instructor.

Full Refunds are given for the following reasons:
Emergency surgery.
Death of immediate family.
Positive COVID/Exposure to COVID.
Full refund if notify registrar one week prior to beginning of class. No show - no refund.
No adjustments of class fees if unable to attend one or more of a class series.
The cancellation refund, less the cancellation fee, will be sent as a check after the date of the class. Guild members also have the option of a class credit, less the cancellation fee.
