Payment In Full In Advance Only
The OST 2026 Application is active from September 30, 2026, 7:30 AM until Sunday, October 18, 2026, 5:00 PM. The actual show will be December 4 and 5, 2026. All artwork must be original and made by the artists hand. To be included in the show artwork must be approved by the show committee. Send examples of your work to Teri Freeman at terijensenfreeman@gmail.com
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee: $5.00
Full Refunds are given for the following reasons:
Emergency surgery, death of immediate family.
positive COVID/Exposure to COVID.
Full refund if the registrar is notified one week prior to beginning of class. No show = no refund.
No adjustments of class fees if unable to attend one or more of a class series.
The cancellation refund, less the cancellation fee, will be sent as a check after the date of the class. Members may choose instead to receive class credit, less the cancellation fee.
