In this two-session course, your instructor will share the pleasure of "painting" on an iPad, using the Apple Procreate app and an Apple Pencil. There is no mess, no preparation: you can make art anywhere--no brushes to clean, no mixing of paints! It is very inexpensive; the only real expense is having a good photo shop that can print your images. Procreate is very intuitive and easy to learn.

The instructor hopes to form an interest group of iPad artists in Saddlebrooke who can learn from one another. Please join us! I'll have samples of my work to show you the range of techniques available. If possible, bring an iPad and Apple Pencil.

Materials List
The only material you need is an iPad. You can "paint" with your finger, but an Apple Pencil is better. You can get non-Apple equivalents of the Apple Pencil for about $15 on Amazon; just make sure you get one that is compatible with your version of the iPad. If you don't have an iPad, you can get older models used very cheaply. You may, however, come to the class without an iPad and just observe and decide whether this is for you. If the answer is "yes," get an iPad and the Procreate app, and I'll give you a free, private lesson to learn how to use it if you still have questions after attending the class.
