About this event
Drawing creates illusion. A 3-dimensional rendering emerges from the 2-dimensional surface of your paper. Shading is one of the techniques we use to achieve this. In this class we will work with graphite pencils to learn how to do shading. Come to this class and learn how to create magic through drawing!
For all experience levels.
Please bring the supplies listed below:
SUPPLIES: Drawing pad: 9X12 or 11X14; Artist quality; 70-80 lb, medium surface. Six graphite pencils: 2H, HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B (1 each). Two Micron pens (05). Kneaded eraser. Blending stumps (also called tortillons). Pencil sharpener.

Emergency surgery, death of immediate family.
positive COVID/Exposure to COVID.
Full refund if the registrar is notified one week prior to beginning of class. No show = no refund.
No adjustments of class fees if unable to attend one or more of a class series.
The cancellation refund, less the cancellation fee, will be sent as a check after the date of the class. Members may choose instead to receive class credit, less the cancellation fee.
