Payment In Full In Advance Only
1. Guild Membership dues must be current to participate.
2. Application deadline: December 20, 2024
3. All Entry fees are non-refundable.
4. All participants must volunteer for an Art Show related Task.
5. If you do not choose a task, one will be assigned to you.
6. All artwork must adhere to the Art Categories and Rules for Saddlebrooke Fine Arts Guild shows. (May
be found online at www.saddlebrookefinearts.org)
7. Official Artwork Labels must be used. (Can be found online at www.saddlebrookefinearts.org)
8. A 10% commission on all sales is to be paid to the Saddlebrooke Fine Arts Guild at the close of the show
on February 18, by 4 pm. Make your check payable to SBFAG, along with the sales record sheet, and
return to one of the show chairs: Jenni Long, Delys Nast or Teri Jensen Freeman
IMPORTANT DATES & DOCUMENTS
* ROOM SETUP: Friday, February 21, 2025 starting at 8 AM
* ARTIST DISPLAY SETUP: Friday, February 21, 2025 from 10 AM TO 3 PM
* SHOW HOURS: Friday, February 21, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm AND Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 9 am to 3 pm
For inclusion in publicity, please send a high quality photograph of your artwork to Teri Jensen Freeman (terijensenfreeman@gmail.com) and Theresa Poaluoci (theresa.mydirectorynw@gmail.com) by December 31st.
