Join this diverse group of pastel artist as we explore a creative journey together through collaborating on ideas, techniques and resources, I.e. all things pastel! The beginning pastel class prepares you to join us. Bring your pastel and paper along with the many additional supplies in the Topaz room and in the instructors kit to create finished pieces ready to frame. Please pay the Delys $10 at the door.

A twelve-week course for anyone who wishes to expand his or her creativity. This study is not meant only for declared artists but is aimed at everyone transitioning into another part of life. Your memoir will unfurl over the entire twelve weeks, using just four basic tools and tasks. Each week will cover these tools and tasks, and will include discussions of one chapter of the book, and of your life.

This is a great class for beginners. The outlines of the cactus will already be drawn onto yupo paper, so all you have to do is add the color using alcohol inks, a medium which gives surprising results. All supplies included, and when finished, each student will receive a 9 x 12” white matte and backing to place their 8” x 10” drawing.
